The interview process was a bit long but thorough. I spoke with HR and three employees. Each interview was a 30-minute chat for them to learn about me and for me to learn about the company. Even though there were several rounds, the whole thing moved fast. They responded quickly after each interview and scheduled the next one soon. I really liked the interview experience and the process.

Got an email from HR to set up a chat with the hiring manager, which I figured wouldn't be technical. The hiring manager confirmed it's just an initial get-to-know-you call. But then, surprise! They started presenting slides, and right on slide 2, bam! A technical question. The rest of the slides were the same. Their interview style is pretty old-school; if you don't solve a problem exactly how they want, even if you have a valid alternative, you're out. They focus on minor details like forgetting a semicolon instead of assessing actual problem-solving skills. Plus, the hiring manager's English accent was really hard to understand, and their voice was so quiet it made communication tough. Honestly, the hiring manager seemed more interested in impressing themselves than hiring anyone.

My experience was really confusing and unfortunately not great. HR's communication was super poor and unprofessional. They set up an interview saying they were impressed with me, then canceled it right at the time of the interview because they changed their minds. They mentioned they'd rather me interview for a different department and would reschedule me. But then, they changed their mind AGAIN after a few days and sent a generic rejection letter. The reason they gave was that I didn't have experience in something that wasn't even in the job description or asked of me. If they had asked, I could have explained that I actually do have that experience. Overall, this was the most unprofessional and confusing process ever.

I interviewed twice with this company, the first time was almost 2 years ago and they ghosted me after the second interview. This time around, I met with FOUR people throughout a month-long process. I wasn't told the fourth round would be a final interview, and that they were still in the beginning stages, which was all BS. During the process, I was told different things about the position and who it would be reporting to, team structure, responsibilities etc. This company is extremely disorganized and seems to be making things up as they go on the fly. I felt like my time was wasted and I was really strung along.
