Some good people worked there, but the whole process was a mess. They didn't stick to timelines, contacted me at weird hours, and offered way less than I expected. After a final interview, they promised a decision by a certain day, but then ghosted me. I tried following up, but got no response. It's a shame because they were still posting about their great hiring process on LinkedIn. This really shows how the company operates. I'd advise others to think twice before applying.

First was an HR call where we chatted about the job, where it is, the benefits, salary, and contract details. Then came a technical interview focusing on Spark, databases, ETL, file formats, monitoring, alerting, and data cleansing. After that, there was another technical interview for some simple Python or SQL coding. Finally, I interviewed with the VP of engineering.

Behavioral Technical

The process was super quick. I had an initial chat with a recruiter, and then went straight to talking with the internal team. There were 4 stages in total: first, the recruiter call, then a pretty tough one-hour interview with the senior global manager, followed by a more casual conversation with the direct manager, and finally, a task to complete.
