Shift Manager
It was a pretty laid-back and smooth interview process, not too intense. Just be honest about everything upfront and be positive with an upbeat personality. Let them know upfront what hours you can work, if you have reliable transportation, and if you have another job that you need to schedule around. Ask questions about anything you need and want to know at this time.
- How will you contribute to the company and the team?
Human Resources Specialist
Telefonico e molto veloce. Non siamo stati a parlare molto ma classiche domande di h e r con racconto della mia carriera accademica universitaria. Hobby e interessi tralasciati. No domande di logica e tecniche. Solo alcune motivazionali
- Why are you applying for this position?
- Tell me about your university academic career.
- What are your hobbies and interests?
Prep Cook
It was easy and comfortable. It was all about your history, what you liked and disliked about previous employments you have had, and how you rate your dependability. Also asking if you have any difficulties in transportation. They want to get to know you a bit, a good bit of people have been with the company for years. Like all other companies they are struggling with people desiring to work. They are a Fair Chance Employer.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What did you like about your past jobs?
- What did you dislike about your past jobs?
Guest Specialist
It was a 45 minute interview, and they asked some really high-level questions for what seems like a pretty basic and entry-level job. The interviewer was really trying to gauge if I was detail-oriented and an efficient worker. My idea of detailed-oriented was a bit different from theirs, like noticing a small change in a graph, but they were thinking more along the lines of 'salt vs no salt' level of detail.
- How detailed oriented are you?
- Are you an efficient worker?
