I first chatted with a recruiter who knew a lot about Capstone and the role. Then I moved on to the next round with the Capstone team, and they were great about letting me know when to expect updates about further interview stages and kept me in the loop.

Got invited to interview. Had a phone interview, they said they'd get back to me the next week. I emailed them to check on the status and reconfirm my interest, but they didn't reply. They ghost good people, which is super unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend!

So I had a phone interview, then a personality test which wasn't very useful. After that, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager. They said I'd hear back the following week about a decision after another in-person interview with the team lead. The team lead seemed new to interviewing and it was pretty awkward. After that, I never heard back even after contacting HR multiple times. It felt like a waste of time because they didn't communicate, especially after giving a timeframe. Very rude and unprofessional.

Behavioral Technical

Had a rough time with this one. Started with a phone screening, then a personality test. After that, I went in for an in-person interview. The interviewer was a bit late and seemed unprepared, as we had to find an open room. He didn't seem to have reviewed my resume beforehand, spending time looking it over during the interview. He did mention my personality test results showed I was a good fit. About halfway through the hour, he explained the job, asked one question, and then other employees started wanting the room for lunch. He then started engaging with them, effectively ending the interview. It left a really bad impression.
