The interview process was quite straightforward regarding technical questions. On the technical side, they focused more on basic Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and SQL knowledge, which is essential. Besides that, the interviews were mainly focused on behavioral rounds.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was okay. There were 4 rounds, with the last one being with a C-suite executive. The HR team did not provide any feedback after the interviews, which was disappointing given the time invested. However, the HR was very responsive and quick to answer any questions during the interview setup.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved 4 rounds of interviews, with the final one being with C-Suite. It was quite frustrating to invest a whole month in interviews only to receive a rejection without any explanation. While they made me feel welcome, the interviewers seemed unprepared, often hesitating with 'ums' before asking the next question. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time on this interview process, especially after dedicating time to research the industry and company, only to be told 'no'.

Behavioral Technical

The whole process took about 3 weeks. What's different is they want you to talk to several people in the company to get more info for both sides. People were nice. It wasn't really like an interrogation, more like talking about ideas and motivations. I was a bit worried because of some reviews I saw, but the answers I got showed those worries aren't an issue anymore.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you describe a time you dealt with a client who had unreasonable expectations?
