The interview involved a brief initial chat with HR over the phone, followed by two in-person meetings. Then, there was another phone call with the head of the department. The whole thing took a few weeks. Everyone I spoke with was really direct and easy to get along with.

I talked with two underwriters who would be on my team, and then met a third person about three-quarters of the way through. The questions were pretty basic, and the guys were nice. Make sure you know why you want to work there and what you like about insurance and the specific sector you're interviewing for.
