after applying, I had a phone interview where they asked about my availability and then set up a group interview with three other candidates. We each took turns answering questions from HR. Following the group interview, there was a manager interview where I learned about the intern job description and my day-to-day tasks.

I applied online and then heard back from someone from HR about 1.5 to 2.5 weeks later. They set up an in-person interview with the department manager and someone from HR. It was pretty casual, and the manager talked about his projects with me. I got an offer about two weeks after that.
