The first interview was a panel with HR and the District Manager, and it was very conversational, mostly asking about your background. Then, there's the group interview, which is more about fashion and your personal style, discussing your favorite designer, etc. You can get by without talking since there are about 7-12 people, but you wouldn't be noticed. The last interview was with the regional manager, and that's when I got my offer, so maybe it was just a formality. TIP: Dress nicely (keep it classy with minimal makeup and red/french tip/nude nail polish). You have to look the brand.

The interview process was quick and easy. I was nervous as I am in all my interviews and the manager was very understanding. She commented on my outfit and gave me tips on what to wear to work. Before the interview I would recommend going into a local Michael Kors and see what trend of outfits the associates are wearing because they have a certain "look" so this may aid you in stepping it up during the interview. Also make sure you read up on the company and learn about it's history and how the brand came about as a high end type of company.
