After meeting them at a career fair in the library, I had an initial screen followed by a 2-person panel. It wasn't an extensive process, but they asked great thought-provoking questions. They were very pleasant and warm when asking questions and gave me ample opportunity to present myself well.

Dispute Coordinator
After applying online, you'll do a skills test, an inbound call center simulation, and a personality test. You can do these right away or within 48 hours of applying, and they'll take about 45-60 minutes total. Then there's a quick 10-minute phone chat with a recruiter. After that, you'll have a 30-40 minute in-person meeting with the hiring manager. The job offer depends on passing a background check.
- Be ready to answer behavioral questions using the STAR method.
- We'll do a role-play where I'm the caller and you're the agent.

The interview was very friendly and collegial. We talked about my past experiences and compared them to my current wishlist for a future employer. They asked about my contacts and how the team operates at CapFed. I felt the interview went well, but I did not get the job. I got the sense the position was likely already filled, and I might have been interviewed as a courtesy or for comparison.

The interview process was easy and straightforward. They set expectations straight off and gave good info. You meet with the branch manager and then if hired you do training through people at the branch and hr.
