Systems Analyst
The interview process is comprised of three parts: a take-home assessment, a video recording submission, and a panel interview. The panel will include the hiring manager and members of the technical team. It's quite a few rounds, but it's doable. The only annoying thing is that they can be slow to get back to you.

After that, a Bar Raiser Interview with the Hiring Manager, HR Rep, Other Line Managers, and the Product Head. Next is a Salary Expectations Interview with the HR Rep. You'll also do an Online SHL Assessment, which is timed Competency Based Assessments and a Video Interview. Finally, a Feedback Interview with the HR Rep, Hiring Manager, and Product Head.

The interview process can be quite lengthy, potentially involving up to 4 rounds, which is determined by the hiring manager. Throughout the entire process, there's a commitment to transparency. It feels more like a mutual conversation rather than a formal interview. The focus is mainly on regulatory and operational aspects. It's an interactive experience that doesn't feel rushed.

Front Desk Receptionist
When I arrived, the doctor was with patients. She called the next patient, noticed me, and asked me to input their details into the file. After the patients left, we sat down. She introduced herself, and I did the same. She asked about my knowledge of Office 365. I mentioned I know a little and am eager to learn. She then had me turn on the computer and organize some desktop items into a file, which I completed. Following that, she instructed me to draft a cover letter using her letterhead and print it, which I successfully did. We then discussed salary and my potential start date, which was set for the following Tuesday.
- How proficient are you with computers?
- Could you input the patient's details into the file?
