The interview was conducted over the phone and was very direct. The interviewer was really nice and understood that I was nervous. She let me take my time answering her questions and was very accommodating.

Medical Assistant
The interview was held in person and was quite straightforward. We discussed the responsibilities of the position and how my qualifications aligned with them. A resume was required. The manager gave me a tour of the office and introduced me to the team.

Front Office Coordinator
I was notified that I would be proceeding in the hiring process. I resigned from my previous job, but then I was ghosted. When I followed up, I was informed that they had decided to move forward with a different candidate.

I had a phone screen first and then an in-person interview. During the in-person part, I shadowed a Medical Assistant to see the office and how the work flow is. The interview felt pretty easy and not much pressure.
