First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Capital Vacations.
Sales Representative
The interview process was really smooth and a great experience overall. I'm excited about the possibility of working at Capital Vacations. The interviews were engaging, and the interviewer was supportive, not trying to trick me.
- Could you briefly introduce yourself?
Accounts Payable Specialist
Recruiter called me for an interview. The interview was very informative and I was able to ask questions about the job. I have received a 2nd interview which is a zoom call.
- Can you tell me about your experience in accounts payable?
Call Center Customer Representative
The interview process was great, super smooth. The management team seems really on top of things and has a solid training program to set employees up for success.
- Tell me what you know about our company.
Marketing
I applied online and heard nothing for several weeks. Once the process started, it only took a week to have two face-to-face interviews. I was given a 15-minute pop quiz (general math, current events) then had an in-depth interview with two people. The rapport was great and I knew immediately I wanted to be a part of this company. Though I wasn't sure about divulging my salary requirements in the first interview (a bit high for this particular position), I wrote a follow-up letter to help leave the door open. I immediately received a request for a second interview and received an offer that day.
- Are you smart?
