I really enjoyed interviewing with several people on the team, and we met multiple times. It gave me a really good sense of what the company is like. Everything was pretty much what I expected, and it lived up to it.

I was fortunate to have connections within the company who helped me secure this internship. My interview was actually with the CEO, and it took place at a sporting event. The CEO is really focused on ensuring his employees have excellent communication abilities and are good with people. The interview process I went through wasn't the typical one because I had an inside track and was only applying for an internship.

First, I had an initial interview done by a third party called Talentrust. They did an online video interview with me.
