I was initially contacted by HR because the analytics department manager was interested in my resume. I had a phone interview with the manager and two associates from the department. We discussed general experience and expectations, and they provided a lot of details about the department. The manager mentioned a follow-up call to schedule an in-person interview. After sending thank you emails, I hadn't heard back for five days, so I reached out to HR. HR explained the manager was out and promised to follow up with her and then with me. I haven't heard anything since, which makes me wonder if the manager gave me bad information about an in-person interview or if HR dropped the ball on following up.

I applied online and then had a phone screen. After that, I was invited to a group interview that was scheduled for a specific time on a single day. I attended this group interview. Following that, I completed a customer service simulation on a computer. However, the computer system malfunctioned twice during the simulation. The hiring team informed me and another candidate that since the system was not working properly, that portion of the assessment would not be counted for anyone. I was told I would receive feedback within approximately two weeks. About two weeks later, I received an email requesting that I complete a background check. I was informed that I would hear back the week after completing this step. I submitted the necessary information, noting that I have no criminal record and possess excellent credit. Despite this, over a month passed without any further communication, even after I attempted to follow up. Ultimately, I received a generic rejection email. I had tried to follow up because I found it perplexing why they would conduct a background check (especially considering my clean record and good credit) and then decide not to hire me. I never received a response.

I got this job by applying online through a job site. The company reached out about two weeks later and I had a 30-minute phone chat with them. They mostly asked me to go over my resume. Then, they asked me to come in for an in-person meeting as soon as I could. When I got there, I met the Human Capital Management team. I had two meetings: one with the HCM Manager and another with the Director of Human Capital Management and the Manager. A few days later, they called to offer me the job.

The interview process was basically non existent. I had a scheduled interview but no one showed up to interview me. I emailed the recruiter and they said they scheduled it for a different time. After I let them know we had confirmed in writing the exact time we scheduled, they apologized and stated they were looking into management schedules and would contact me with available times. I never heard anything after that. So they were a no show for the scheduled interview we had and a no show for the rescheduling.
