Applied online and got an interview invite the next day. About 10 days later, I had a phone interview with a recruiter. She seemed to be reading from a script, making it hard to connect personally. She asked about my background and education, and also about other companies and roles I was pursuing. She wasn't thrilled when I mentioned I was only applying for one other sales position, as they seem to prioritize candidates highly interested in sales. She also asked the 'car questions' that others have mentioned.
