The interview experience was neither good nor bad. We discussed the job responsibilities and the interviewer was pleasant. They brought up the company's Christian values, which felt like a conversation about my faith without directly asking. I'm a Christian, so I shared some personal beliefs, but I'm not comfortable discussing my faith in an interview setting as it's personal and I don't know the interviewer. I feel it's inappropriate for an interview. I didn't get a call back even though they mentioned they'd be in touch about a decision within a week. It's now been over a month.

I applied for the Audit Associate role through a College Interview Day and they reached out to me for an interview. It was a 30-minute interview with two people from CapinCrouse. They asked about my resume and some behavioral questions. It was a pretty standard first interview, but what was different was that they interviewed two candidates at the same time, so I was interviewed with another woman. Since it's a Christian firm, they really look at your resume for volunteering and similar activities.

I was told to give the interviewer a call at the time of my interview, which was odd to me. They don’t like short answers on the interview questions, they’ll keep grilling you for more if the answer is not long enough. Make sure you have questions to ask the interviewer at end of interview.
