Communication was terrible. They take months to respond. There are a few stages, online application, online video interview, and online assessment day. The online video interview is difficult, asking for numerous specific examples around business technology. However, if you have a few notes taken with examples then you should be fine. The online assessment day was relatively straight forward, and the standard format of other similar roles. The final interview is not competency based, instead strengths based. Slightly weird ways of wording questions but not too bad.

First, there was an online recorded interview where I had to respond to some scenarios. Then, I went to their main office for a face-to-face interview that included a group exercise. They said the f2f was a competency based interview, but they ended up asking hypothetical questions instead of competency ones, and they felt a bit pointless. The interviewer also seemed really disengaged.
