The interview process had 3 stages. It started with a screening call with the talent partner, followed by an interview with a senior team member, and then a final interview with the VP and a senior member which included a case study presentation. The VP was late and seemed unprepared, as did the senior member who had just returned from vacation. During my presentation, the VP was distracted by his phone and asked me to jump to conclusions. The senior member appeared uncomfortable. The interview ended 20 minutes early. After I finished, the VP inquired about how my skills would align with the team, which was difficult to answer without knowing the team's specific needs and skill sets. He then lectured on the importance of teamwork. I've since informed the talent partner about this unprofessional conduct, despite knowing it might not change anything. I invested a week preparing for this interview and found the experience to be exceptionally disappointing, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I have withdrawn my application and hope to avoid similar experiences.

Three interviews in total: one with HR and two with managers. The first one with HR was very general. The second and third interviews focused mainly on my previous experiences. The selection process took about a month. I didn't receive any feedback.
