I was referred to Capgemini Invent internally, but had to resubmit my application. Then I got asked for info I already sent, like salary expectations. A month later, my first interview. Then silence for 3 weeks. Another month passed before the second interview, but I couldn't join because they never sent an invite! I called the number on the slides, but it was wrong. The slides were old too. They rescheduled without an apology. I went to the rescheduled interview and heard nothing after. No feedback, no rejection, nothing. 5 weeks later, my application was closed on the portal. That was how I found out. Overall, 3 months, lots of chasing, outdated info, bad contact details, and no communication at the end.

Bewerbertag with 3 interviews. 1st interview with the MD of the team. 2nd interview group case. 3rd interview with the manager. The two interviews with the manager and MD were not case driven, but personal. But can think it can also be very different. Competitors have reported that in both interviews with them, cases and teasers also came up.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The interview process involved a first round with the managing director, followed by a second round with a director. The final stage was a group case study. Although not overly difficult, the company seemed to have a tendency to demote candidates. For instance, despite my 12+ years in Digital HR consulting, I was offered a Senior Consultant role, not a manager position. They cited reasons like unfamiliarity with the UK market or lack of connections. If you turn down their offer, they won't respond in the future and will always reject your applications.
