It started with a CV screening, then some online tests including numerical reasoning (interpreting graphs) and a situational test that wasn't timed. After that, there was a digital interview with two questions that required research on AI, Analytics, and trends. The final stage was an Assessment Centre, which included a 1-hour interview and a 40-minute group exercise. I felt the assessment centre process was poorly executed, and the feedback wasn't clear on why I wasn't selected. The recruitment manager seemed uninterested, not attending a briefing call she set up and having her assistant provide feedback over the phone. It felt like a tick-box exercise, especially since I had more AI experience than others. It's frustrating not getting proper feedback, especially knowing someone left the scheme early.

It was not good. Started with a 30 mins introduction, followed by a 1hr F2F interview. The interviewer deviated from Project Management questions and asked me Business Analyst, Marketing, and Sales questions. Then, I was sent for another group exercise. We were given some information to analyze: 20 mins for reading, 30 mins for group deliberation, and 30 mins for presentation. The information provided was too much to assimilate in the short time given, even with my MBA. I struggled as there were about 5 candidates with diverse work experience (marketing, supply chain, customer journey). We had to disagree to agree. I made my presentation with special reference to a marketing campaign on how the business under review can grow and get national presence, even though I had no marketing experience. I was brutally told it did not contain much useful information and I needed to be succinct, after wasting half of my day. I have little experience in consultancy, and it wasn't on my CV. The dishonest feedback I got from the group/panel deliberation prior to the presentation was that I often get disengaged from the group. Having worked with different stakeholders, I feel this feedback was wrong. This makes me wonder about the judging criteria.

The interview process started with an aptitude round, which had 16 questions each from logical reasoning and quantitative aptitude, given in 50 minutes. It was pretty easy. The next round was about pseudocode, with 20 multiple-choice questions to be answered in 20 minutes. Following that was a Technical Interview, and the final round was an HR round.
