Instructional Designer
The HR part was easy to deal with. I felt like the team was a really good match for me, but the salary didn't quite hit what I was hoping for. I'm really thankful for the team taking the time to talk with me and for the whole experience. I'm hoping the school's board can increase salaries for everyone working there, especially since it's such a great school.
- How do you handle difficult situations with staff and student grades?
Instructor
I had to show proof of minimum graduate school credit hours in the subject I was applying to instruct. Then I had a meeting with the department chair. The Dept. Chair asked why I wanted to teach. It was a very laid back interview.
- What constitutes a severe disruption and how would you handle it and the student involved?
Lead Instructor
We started with a phone interview. Then, I had a panel interview with a search committee made up of 7 faculty and staff members. Finally, I had a personal interview with the department chair.
- Can you demonstrate your knowledge of the equipment in the laboratory?
