Sales
It was a complete waste of time. I went through several interview rounds and no one seemed to know what they were doing or could discuss compensation. I was doubtful from the beginning but decided to stick with it to see if I'd change my mind. In the final interview, which was supposed to be about compensation, the broker just talked about himself and random thoughts. I decided it wasn't worth it and got a call a week later saying they'd hire someone else.
- Can you share an instance where...?
Analyst
My CapCenter interview journey was efficient and pleasant. I initially applied through Indeed. About a week later, a recruiter reached out. They asked some basic screening questions, shared information about the company, and were very approachable. Roughly one to two weeks after that, I was invited for a more extensive interview session involving four interviewers, covering technical, case study, and behavioral aspects. The team was very knowledgeable and friendly, and the discussions were engaging. I received a job offer about a week following this interview. The entire process was quite swift, reflecting the advantages of a smaller company that moves quickly to onboard suitable candidates.
- What motivates you to join CapCenter?
- In what ways does your experience align with the requirements of an analyst position?
Real Estate Agent
Emily was great to work with! She recruited me and kept me up to date on all interviews, as well as any key items I needed to focus on. I also like that she reached out with reminders for interviews as well making sure to always follow up and see if I needed anything throughout the process. She was quick to answer my questions and a fantastic resource throughout the process. I highly recommend working with her!
- What makes you qualified for this job?
Loan Analyst
Caitlin reached out about my availability for loan analyst and/or loan consultant roles. I gave her my availability but she didn't follow up. The interview is done through Sparkhire where you record answers to questions. There will be a couple of behavioral questions. Then an assessment to see how you learn or think through problems. The last thing is an essay question. After all this, I was ghosted.
- What new process did you implement in the past, and how did it turn out to be successful?
