My interview experience with Capacity was surprisingly disorganized. The process stretched over a month and included 3-4 interviews plus a final round. After that, I was told a decision would be made within 30 days. During that time, I received another offer. Because the people I met seemed solid, I chose to follow up. I was then informed I didn’t get the original role but was offered to apply for a completely different position that was outside the scope of what I had interviewed for. For a company whose product centers around process and automation, it was ironic that the hiring process itself felt unclear and loosely structured. The team was personable, but the overall experience raised concerns about internal alignment and decision-making.

It was a multi-stage interview process. First, I had a chat with Kate from HR. Then, I delivered a presentation about a market segment development plan. Lastly, the CFO gave me the final approval and the offer.

The process included a phone screen, multiple face to face interviews and an interview with the CEO. The feedback loop was very short and even as time lapsed I understood where I was in the process.

I went through 4 interviews. I started with a Senior Executive, went to the next phase and interviewed with who my new boss would be, after that I interviewed with HR and finally the CEO. It was very thorough, very different questions from each individual.
