So, the interview for the Associate Software Engineer job at Kapiva was pretty straightforward and moved along quickly. First, there was a phone screen where they asked about my background and my technical skills. After that, I had a coding interview where I had to solve some problems using Java and algorithms, and then a system design interview. The last part was a behavioral interview with HR to see if I'd fit in with the company culture and what my expectations were. All in all, the interviewers were professional, and the whole thing was well-organized, focusing on both my technical abilities and how I interact with people.

Then, I had phone screenings with individual Account Managers. After that, I spoke with the VP of Canvas over the phone. Lastly, if it was necessary, there was a face-to-face interview.
