I spoke with the chief ops person and the manager of my department. They were really helpful and upfront about what this job can be like because the work can get pretty stressful and busy sometimes. They were nice and asked me good questions about the job and my home life to get a better sense of me and my situation. They needed some letters of recommendation and made sure to follow up on them, which I think is good. They do their homework to try and make sure they hire the right people from the start.

It was a short interview process. I didn't have the best experience because the questions weren't very insightful and the process wasn't unique. The manager who interviewed me didn't seem thrilled, and the interview felt rushed, like they hadn't prepared much to talk about. I left feeling neutral at best.

It started with a phone or video call, and there was also an opportunity for an in-person interview, though I didn't end up having one. The phone interview itself was pretty quick, lasting about fifteen to thirty minutes.

First, there was a quick phone screen that barely took 10 minutes. After that, they invited me for an in-person interview at their office. We talked about my career goals and the kind of growth I'm seeking. It felt pretty relaxed, and I got plenty of chances to ask my own questions.
