It's pretty easy. Basic questions about your personality how well you get along with others, how you work individually. You typically sit down one manager or a supervisor, make sure to have your resume ready.

The interview process had three stages. First, a phone call with a recruiter to go over the company, the role, pay, benefits, and my background, education, and cannabis experience. Then, a video call with the Chief Compliance Officer to discuss the day-to-day of the role, how it fits into the company's future, and my fit. Finally, after about a week, I went in person to a grow facility to meet the recruiter, CCO, a senior HR person, VP of agronomy, licensing manager, and forecast analyst. It was a casual but informative series of talks about the role and company, and how I would fit. I got an offer the week after and took it right away.

I was contacted by a recruiter I'd worked with before. We had an initial phone call about the job and company. Then, I went for an onsite interview at the Santa Barbara HQ. I met with the HR Generalist, the Director of Talent, and the CPO. We had lunch together, and I met with the Director again at the end of the day to ask questions. They were upfront about the whole process and when to expect updates. After another phone call, I got an offer and accepted.

The interview experience was really professional and chill. Janice, the interviewer, was super friendly and seemed to know exactly what she was looking for. The conversation just flowed nicely. They made me feel comfortable, but I also knew it was a serious meeting where a job offer could be made.
