They told me what they needed to get me hired, then the interview was about finding the truth about the company, which is different than what they say to get you in.

Did a self-recorded video interview and then had a second round interview with company management over Google Meet. It was strange that the company leaders didn't turn on their cameras during the interview - it felt really disrespectful as a candidate when you're expected to dress up and show up, and company leaders don't do the same. After getting an offer that was later rescinded because I wanted to negotiate, I got a rejection text message. This should be a big warning sign to any potential candidate - if a leader can't call you to explain their decision, how can they even have the guts to run a business successfully?

I had an online video interview, then an in-person interview. The hiring manager called back and asked about my cannabis experience history, sales experience, customer service skills, and general personality and life style. I talked about how much I know about cannabis, my past jobs, why I want to work here, my life outside of work and what I'm responsible for, and when I'm available to work.
