The interview felt really good and I got a positive feeling about it, even though I didn't get a callback. The interviewers were great and the questions were straightforward. They asked about my past experience and how I function within a team.

The hiring process was very straightforward. There were two HR interviews, followed by one with the manager. Two logical tests were administered. Even though it's a small, growing company, the whole process was clear and fast.

The whole process was quite long but they really dug into things. First, I chatted with the recruiter, then HR, then my direct supervisor, and finally the CEO. The recruiter was super nice and helped with all my initial questions. My supervisor was really clear about the job duties and gave me some ideas about where the company is headed. The CEO interview was quick and to the point.

I went through this interview process and they told me they really liked me and would get back to me, but hiring had slowed down in Q4 2022. The same job is still posted almost 2 years later. I don't get what their deal is, it's a complete joke. Have some respect for good candidates and their time, and your own employees' time too. You should all be embarrassed.
