Got an email to set up the interview logistics, which was pretty simple. It was a one on one virtual interview. The Q&A was pretty standard, and the whole thing went as expected. Pretty much a textbook process overall.

Save yourself time and frustration -- look elsewhere. Repeated lack of consideration, respect and empathy. Extremely lengthy process stretched over multiple months between initial application and final interview...and then nothing. Was told I would hear something back by the end of the week -- it's now approaching two months since given that commitment and still nothing, despite another follow-up. What does it say about your organization and culture if you don't even have the courtesy or integrity to let someone know you've decided to not offer them a position? Never mind the fact I've invested 40+ hours in interviews, follow-ups, completing a "homework" assignment (may or may not have been taken as "free IP"?), etc. Post-interview communications were not timely and often required additional prompting and follow-up. Completely unprofessional and lacking basic compassion for the real people on the other side of your "process" who are impacted by your behaviors.

I had an interview with a recruiter and it didn't go well. She got upset when I asked about the salary range for the role. She lectured me for 10 minutes about not having a number, and then said she couldn't provide a number because she didn't know the market value for my location.

Applied online and got a screening call within a week, then a full interview a few days later. Both seemed okay, but then they ghosted me. Reaching out for an update got no response, which I found unprofessional and left a bad impression.
