& Process

It was all virtual. I talked to the HR person and then met four people (a VP, a director, and two managers). We talked about the role, and they asked questions and I asked questions.

Super quick process. It started with an HR screening call, and then I was invited for a hiring manager interview. They called me the same day for the final interview to take place in 2 days. I had my final interview with the APAC level senior manager. I was offered a job within days.

I was contacted about the position and an interview with the recruiter was set. We reviewed my resume and discussed Candela's process which entailed a questionnaire designed to very specifically go through the job requirements and match them to your resume. She (recruiter) said she would discuss me with the hiring manager and get back to me after the holidays with next steps. Jan 4th passed and I reached out to her and never received a response. Insulting and unprofessional

Had three informal interviews where they mostly did the talking. They gave a thorough explanation of the role, which differed from the job posting. One interview felt like a monologue with minimal chance to speak. It seemed like they were primarily focused on personality fit. Ultimately, the position and management weren't what I was looking for.
