I talked to the hiring manager for one interview. There were also three other team members there. HR was barely involved.

Had a phone interview with my supervisor, and then they offered me an in-person interview at the office. Later, they followed up via email and asked for references. Finally, I had a quick chat at the office to finalize the position.

The interview process itself was fine, but what happened after the interview was not. They said they would let me know either way if I got the job or not, but they never did. I figured out I didn't get it after 3 weeks of no callback. I think it was super unprofessional to leave me hanging when they promised to let me know. When I followed up after 2 weeks, they said the holidays caused the delay. I'm actually glad I didn't get the job because I'm happy where I am now and getting paid more than they offered, so it all worked out. Still, it was really rude to say they'd call and then not call. Extremely unprofessional.

First I emailed with the supervisor to send over my resume and such. Then we scheduled a phone interview which was the main part of the interview. After that, they set up an in-person meeting where I went and saw the place.
