I interviewed with 5 individuals, but half of them seemed like disgruntled employees. The CEO actually bashed my resume for being more than one page long. One interviewer spent the entire time talking about her maternity leave and then shared how unhappy she was working there, even mentioning she was forced to come back from leave to interview me because I was going to be her replacement.

The interview schedule was a mess from the start. I had a lot of phone calls where I couldn't hear anything, and people were on their cell phones in the airport. The CEO interrupted a lot and was really unpleasant. It felt like everything revolved around the CEO, and people seemed afraid of him.

Got a call from the staffing agency and then the next day I interviewed with the controller and CFO. After that, I had another interview with the Accounting Manager. The whole thing took about 3 days and both interviews were pretty easy.
