Behavioral Other

The interview process takes about 3-4 weeks, which is pretty quick. They were clear about what to expect in each stage. The questions were pretty standard. The main issue was having to do an unpaid mock project for an entry-level job with a low salary. It felt old-fashioned and unnecessary, especially since it wasn't for a design or management role. Having to take time off my current job for a project for a company that might not even offer me a job (I didn't get an offer) felt unfair and unreasonable, honestly. But the company seemed good, and the hiring managers were nice.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It had three parts: an initial screening, meeting with the hiring manager, and then a presentation of a project followed by meeting the rest of the team. Everyone I interacted with was really nice and represented the company well. They got back to me quickly, and the whole thing took about three weeks. I enjoyed the project, and it gave me a good sense of what the job would be like. They asked about my work methods and also behavioral questions. Overall, it was a positive interview experience, though I didn't get a response when I asked for feedback after being rejected, which would have been nice.
