The interview was a nice, easy going friendly experience. I found the questions to be answerable without too much stress. They asked about personal interests, made sure to check compatibility with the job schedule and provided information on the specifics of the job. Overall, the interviewers gave me a good interview process.

So I got hired as a warehouse worker after a phone interview that was about 20-25 minutes long. I did all the paperwork and they told me my start date. Then, they wanted me to do a physical test. After the test, nobody got back to me. I called and messaged them several times, and finally they told me my physical test wasn't good enough, so they wouldn't move forward with me. It all took 40 days, which was a complete waste of time for someone actively looking for a job. Honestly, they should do the physical test first. If someone passes that, then they should proceed with the interview process. This way, people aren't wasting their time and energy and can apply for other jobs.

First you must complete a small but fairly easy math test, after that you are moved on to a 1 on 1 interview; in some cases you are offered the job right away if things went well. If so, you are taken to another room to sign your contract. If you have received offer, you must pass background check and physical.
