This was a 45-minute interview on MS Teams. They asked a lot about my leadership experience and how I lead. They also questioned my reasons for leaving past jobs and asked about my community involvement. I had to confirm my understanding of the role's deployment and duty performance. Finally, I explained the positions I was applying for.
