Intern interview and the interview process was very unorganized and heavily technical, interviewer seemed disinterested right off the bat and did not make an effort to get to know me as a candidate, seemed to only want to quiz me

It was pretty chill. They want to see that you can talk clearly and are thoughtful. You should know stuff, but mostly they want to see you present yourself as someone confident and dependable. These interviews can be tough if you're not good at thinking on your feet.

Behavioral Technical

After applying internally, you need to send your last two performance appraisals to HR by the deadline. HR will then review all applicants based on these appraisals. Typically, there's an in-person interview with the leader of the career centre for the relevant area, plus an HR representative. HR will ask behavioral questions, and the career centre leader will ask job-specific questions. If the role is highly technical, the team leader for the hiring support team might join the career centre leader.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Could you explain a complex technical topic in simple, easy-to-understand terms?
