The interview process was quick, efficient, and well-executed. I liked how they kept things moving. There were just two interviews, which was great because the role really depends on the relationship between the Executive and the EA, so it was nice not having to meet a bunch of people right away.

The interview was really quick, only about 10 minutes, though I spent more time in the HR waiting room with about 10 other people interviewing for different jobs. The interviewer was super serious, no jokes at all. He took his time writing down my answers and didn't react to anything I said. It felt pretty awkward with the silence between us. The questions themselves were easy, and the staff seemed professional. The office looked like a standard office. Overall, it was a very straightforward interview.
