The interview process was straightforward and honest. It included general HR questions mixed with technical ones. The approach was very friendly. The interview was part of a co-op internship recruitment process. I ended up getting the job and was very satisfied with how it went.

Technical Other

It was a long process, like 3 or 4 interviews. The panel seemed unsure about what they needed. Then there was a test with super easy tech questions. After that, a personality test, which required a lot of effort to mask my true self. The worst part was the medical exam, including a physical check of my private parts.

Behavioral Technical Case

The process included a phone interview, a technical interview with the supervisor and an HR advisor, and a fit-test interview. The process is pretty standard. The advisor made me feel comfortable and heard. It was a proactive and stimulating interview.

It was a very structured interview process. I had three interviews: one with peers, one with my supervisor, and one with my supervisor's supervisor. There was also an HR and Psychometric Test. They assessed both my technical and soft skills, and also conducted a fit test to ensure I would be a good culture fit.
