The interview and hiring process is well structured, though a little stressful, but that's normal for any job opportunity. Leticia, Kaitlyn, and Alexia do an amazing job of guiding you through each phase (Phone Interview > In-Person > Demo > Final Team Interview). Bonus Advice: The emails the People Ops Team sends you will outline EXACTLY how to succeed at each stage of your hiring journey. Just "showing up" won't get you to the next stage.

The hiring process took about a month and a half and they were really thorough. It started with a phone screening with the recruiter. Then, a week later, I spoke with the department's head manager. About two weeks after that, the recruiter let me know I was moving on to the final round, an in-person interview. This was a two-hour meeting with six people, and I was up against another candidate. Be ready to answer and give examples. The questions were more like an interrogation than a conversation. Even though I didn't get the job, I appreciated their communication. I didn't get it because the other candidate had more experience, which was a bit discouraging because it turns out they were a recent grad with not much experience. This company should really consider diversity!

Behavioral Group Presentation

The interview process was pretty long and hard to schedule with my current job because they were in-person. The group panels were a good way to meet everyone, but they did most of the talking and I didn't really get to express myself or ask my questions. The HR person I talked to was great and easy to work with. It just took a really long time with a lot of steps. I could see why they do it, but it was becoming too much and I was losing interest and energy to keep going.
