The company's corporate office is quite modern. My first interview was with HR, and she was very pleasant. Following that, I had a computer-based assessment to gauge my learning speed. The very next day, they contacted me to schedule a second interview at a local branch. This interview was with the branch manager and the head teller. It went quite smoothly, and they asked good questions that helped them understand me better as a person. I felt the first interview was to confirm I could do the job, and the second was to see if I'd be a good fit with the team.

It was super easy to get this job. I didn't know a lot of the answers, but I still got the offer. I liked the interview room and the vibe there, but the rest of the building looked brown and dated. Everyone I met was nice and seemed really happy.

It was pretty simple to get an interview. I applied online and got a call or email a few days later to set up a time to chat at a branch. The interview felt really conversational and pleasant.
