First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Campus Outreach.
Intern
The interview was simple and straightforward but productive. It was easy-going with good conversation to break the ice. I had previous communication with my main contact, and they were very excited about the possibilities with collaboration.
- What value would you contribute?
Staff
We look at your life, character, and Christian growth as seen in ministry to be the main qualifier for ministry. The interview process is mostly to help clarify if this unique role is a good fit.
- Can you share your testimony?
Campus Staff
Campus staff members are integrated into student life, mentoring those interested in joining the team. Hiring is internal, drawing from within the ministry. It's hard for someone not discipled by a staff member to take a Campus Staff position.
- What is your vision?
Campus Missionary
The interview process felt thoughtful and began with phone calls to get acquainted with the director. It seemed like they were genuinely invested in you and wanted to help figure out if this role was a good match.
