Resident Assistant
I applied in person by dropping off my application. I got an email about a week later to schedule an interview. There was only one round with two interviewers. They asked some behavioral questions and some questions about my qualifications, like first aid. I got an email about a week later saying I got the job. I started two weeks after that.
- As an RA, if you have to shut down a party and it turns out to be your friends, how would you handle it?
- How would you go about resolving conflicts between residents?
- What strategies would you use to encourage more residents to participate in events?

- Can you describe your approach to resolving conflicts?
Resident Assistant
First I had to answer some written questions and then drop them off at the employer's office. After that, I got a call back for a one-on-one chat where they asked me a bunch of questions about the job. Then I got another call saying I got the job and they wanted me to come in briefly to sort out the paperwork.
