Leasing Professional
So for the interview process, there was one phone screening and then two rounds of interviews. The first interview was a group interview with other candidates and three managers. The second interview was an individual one with the three managers.
- Tell me about a time you "saved the day" and walk me through your thought process.
Utility Billing Specialist
The interviewers were really thorough and professional. Things seemed to go well, but it's worrying that they ghosted me at the end. I tried to contact the recruiter I'd been talking to, but they just vanished with no explanation. The last I heard, I was supposed to meet with the CFO, but it's been weeks. I've already moved on to other interviews by now. It's pretty disappointing that their recruiting team can't even send a quick email to say they chose someone else. The company seemed good from the outside, but I guess you can't always tell.
- Can you tell me about your experience with Utility Billing systems?
Leasing Manager
The interview process was quick, easy and pleasant. They answered all my questions with enthusiasm. I did not get an offer, and although they said they would let me know either way within the week, I was ghosted. I only found out I didn't get the offer when I followed up.
- What makes you want this job?
Account Manager
You chill in the lobby, then they take you to an office. They hit you with some standard questions, like your strengths, weaknesses, how you team-play, and your availability. They'll ask about a tough challenge you faced at work. Then, it's demo time: sell a pen, then try selling an apartment. They'll chat about pay and turn, and then ask if you got any questions before you bounce.
- Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses.
- How do you contribute in a team setting?
- What's your availability?
