Maintenance Technician
I played phone tag with the recruiter for a while. After a couple of weeks, she forgot to call me back, so I called her one last time. They then asked me to travel across town for an interview at a different property. The interview itself was pretty easy.

Sales Manager
This was a great interview, filled with personal and unique questions. The interviewers were very friendly, upbeat, and fun to talk to. The company culture seems to value energy and excitement above all else, so you need to be energetic to join their team. Professionalism isn't the biggest focus, but personality is. You'll need to answer some questions about yourself, your career aspirations, and what you're looking for from the company. It's a enjoyable interview experience regardless of the outcome. Typically, multiple managers are present for the interview; they seem fun and welcoming. They mostly lead the conversation, and you might feel like it's going really well because of their high energy.
- What's your approach to prioritizing tasks?
Keystone
Heard about this position through a community email blast to residents while I was a college student living there. I emailed with the community manager to set up an interview. I came in for a 1-on-1 interview. They asked about my communication skills, as they are vital to survive and thrive in this position. I liked the closeness of the staff members and the somewhat laid back younger atmosphere. Was offered the job on the spot immediately following the interview. Very professional, yet comfortable interview process.
- Tell me about hypothetical customer service situations involving residents or their parents.
Maintenance
You'll meet with the building manager and maintenance supervisor in a room. The manager will ask general interview questions, and the maintenance supervisor will ask questions specific to the job. They want to see what you know and how you get along with them.
