Engineer
It was a few years ago already so it may not be much of a help now. They asked me mostly behavioral questions which were mostly personality based and then we wrapped up the interview with one technical question- “what is the definition of pressure?”
- What is the definition of pressure?
Engineer
I was contacted by email and phone to confirm my interest in the role. I was informed that I would get a separate notification with the interview date and time. After a week passed without hearing back, I emailed the recruiter. They then told me they had decided to go with internal referrals instead. I didn't actually get to interview, which was disappointing. My advice is to not promise an interview if you don't intend to give one.
- Is one day's notice sufficient?
Engineer
I applied online and got contacted a few months later. The recruiter call was really unprofessional, the interviewer was rude and seemed like their time was more valuable than mine. This gave me a totally different perspective on the company, and it's definitely not a place I'd want to work for after that "interview".
- Is it okay that we don't offer relocation assistance?
- Will you be relocating by yourself?
