I think I got the job pretty quick, like within five minutes of the interview. I talked to a senior manager who seemed pretty experienced, but he got fired later. Then I met the Sales Manager, who's also gone now. He was very direct. Lastly, I spoke with the former GM of the store. He was a bit strange and wouldn't make eye contact, probably because he wasn't being straight up about the salary.

The interview process was quite easy, it felt more like a conversation than a formal interview. The main thing is to sell yourself, and you should be fine. The managers primarily inquired about my prior sales experience, my job history, and my personal attributes.

Behavioral Other

It was like a big speed dating event for sales interviews. It was organized but kinda superficial, and you didn't really get to connect with the interviewer much. They're just starting up the RV sales here, so I guess that's why.
