First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Campers Inn.
Finance Manager
First, I spoke with the GM, and then I had a phone call with the Director of Finance for the whole company. They asked a lot of questions, but it wasn't too technical. Overall, the interview process was pretty easy.
- Can you discuss your previous work experience?
- Let's get acquainted and learn more about each other.
- What are your future career goals?
Technician
A 12-step hiring process designed to build a workforce of top performers. This system helps companies create a well-designed hiring process and reduce inconsistencies. It also helps you analyze a candidate's strengths and weaknesses to make better hiring decisions.
- Can you tell me how many tools you have?
Lot Porter
The interview was friendly and straightforward. Two managers met with me at once and gave me some details about the job. They asked about my past and about myself, and they introduced themselves. They explained what the day-to-day would be like. They asked about my experience and other things. It was interesting and fun; we laughed, but it was still respectful.
- I see you have previous experience in this field, correct?
Sales
I saw an ad on craigslist for this sales job. When I interviewed, they made the job sound amazing. They were kind of vague when I asked questions. I probably should have realized then that things were unstable.
- Are you open to working over 45 hours a week?
- Can you discuss your previous work experience?
- What do you do in your free time?
