Youth Care Specialist
Interviewing at Campagna Academy was a good experience. The process to get qualified for an interview was quite fast, but there are important steps. First, your resume is reviewed. Then, you take a 1 hour and 45 minute test that you need to pass to move forward. After that, staff from the department you're applying to will interview you. The interview happened 2 business days after passing the test. Based on your experience and/or education, you'll be placed accordingly. If you get an offer, you'll need to complete onboarding documents, including a physical exam and drug screening.
- Tell me about your experience working with youth. Have you encountered a crisis situation before, and if so, how did you manage it?
- How have you handled crisis situations when working with youth?

I had a group interview where 3 managers asked me scenario questions. They wanted to know what I would do if a child became out of control and if I had worked in a mental health facility before.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience?
- How much experience do you have?
Youth Care Specialist
The interview process is based on your education and experience. Teamwork is key. You need to dress appropriately for the job description. Know how to complete all paperwork. Good writing skills, communication skills, and not being afraid to ask questions if you don't know the answer are important.

- Why are you interested in this role?
- What makes you suitable for this job?

I got an email to come in for an interview which also included an impact time. I quickly RSVP'd for my preferred time and went in a few days later. The test was somewhat easy, and then the interview followed after. It was pretty straightforward and they asked about my experience with youth care.
