The interview process was super relaxed, and the recruiter made me feel at ease. I initially applied to be a cabin counselor, but those spots were already taken, and many other roles were filled too. I ended up with two different positions that I hadn't originally considered but still thought would be fun. They recruit twice a year, once in the fall and again in the spring. If you really want to snag a role you're excited about, I'd recommend applying in September. I applied in February and didn't hear back about a job until early April.
