First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Camis.
Call Centre Agent
The interview process was super disorganized. I did everything they asked on time, but then communication just stopped. They took ages to reply and never followed up like they said they would. It felt like they didn't care about my time at all. Really unprofessional and a bad vibe. You guys should really sort out communication and stop ghosting people. A good process shows you respect candidates.
- Were there any basic customer service questions?
- Did you get some scenario-based questions?
- Nothing too difficult, but communication after the interview was the main issue
Call Center Agent
The interview was done over Microsoft Teams with two interviewers. It was a low-pressure situation, but the questions were a bit challenging. I'd recommend preparing many personal stories for this interview.
- Can you share an instance where you defended a decision you made?
Quality Assurance Engineer
The interview process involved some easy behavioral questions about my work experience and problem-solving skills. There was also an easy LeetCode-style coding question that didn't require much thought.
- What do you consider your best quality?
- Can you share an example of your work experience?
- Tell me about a time you solved a problem.
Reservation Agent
You'll have two people interviewing you from the company. They'll explain what to expect, let you know they'll go back and forth asking questions, and mention that the questions will be a mix of hypothetical scenarios and looking for examples from your job history. After the interview, they'll go through a checklist about the job and ask if you have any questions. They'll finish by telling you when to expect a follow-up.
- Can you recall a time you assisted someone with a technical problem?
